The Summer Refresh Process

The first step is filling out the contact form and clicking on The Summer Refresh as the package you're interested in. From there, I'll send over the proposal within 24 hours with information on how to pay the deposit and sign your contract.

Once this is received, I'll send over a welcome email including available photoshoot dates and links to the studios. I'll book the studio space on your behalf. The remaining payment will be due on your scheduled photoshoot date.

We'll hop on a call 1 to 2 weeks prior to your scheduled photoshoot.

Then it's time for you to shine and have ALL THE FUN at your photoshoot! I'll be there every step of the way to make sure you're feeling confident and comfortable in front of the camera. I'll help with posing if you need, blast your favorite music and be your ultimate hype woman!

This is the fun part, for sure!

Step two: it's photoshoot time!

Once you’ve made your selections for editing and sent the list over, I’ll get started on editing and send the high-resolution, edited images within 5 business days via an online gallery for downloading.

Get ready to post, share and have a library of photos you're proud to show off to the world! Perfect for building consistency across your brand and for your audience to see the face behind your business!

Within 3 business days, I’ll send over a gallery of low-res proofs for you to review.

A pre-shoot planning + strategy call (optional; here if you need it)
1.5 hours of photoshoot time
Cost of the studio: choice of The Glossary, The Lumen Room, Artist Uprising Studio, Black and Light Studio or Space on Southside
Creative direction of photoshoot including styling and posing guidance
Turnaround time of 3 days for proofs to review and final edited images within 5 business days from time of selection // Rush 24-hour delivery is available for $125
40 edited and high-resolution images delivered via an online gallery
Usage rights to include social media, website, PR and digital marketing
Behind the scene videos (iPhone) and high-quality videos from Canon R5 camera for IG stories, Reels and/or TikTok delivered via Google Drive
